Before you write

How to book an escort in London

The questions I’m asked most as an independent ebony escort in London, answered before you write.

01 / About me

About me

  • Yes, entirely. There’s no agency behind me and nobody takes a cut. I choose who I see, I set my own terms, and the woman you write to is the woman who arrives. If you’re weighing it up, I’ve written about choosing an independent escort in London and about what separates an independent from an agency.

  • Yes, and thank you for asking so nicely. I’m a Black British escort, British-Nigerian by heritage, and the gentlemen I meet come from all over the world. Any nationality, any race, any religion: you’re very welcome, and over dinner I’d rather like to hear about where you’re from.

  • The gentlemen I enjoy most have read this page before they write, and it shows. They’re courteous without making a performance of it. They take the evening seriously and themselves a little less so, and they want the company rather than the transaction. I’ve written more about what I look for in a gentleman.

02 / Screening

Screening

  • Every first booking is screened, and only once. Your screening details are seen only by me and deleted the day after our date. One route is enough, though two are always welcome. The first booking is careful, and after that it is simply a message and a date.

  • Government-issued photo identification, meaning a passport, an official identity card or a driving licence, with your address obscured. This route is open to everyone, first booking or fifth.

  • A reference from a companion you’ve seen in the last six months.

  • Send your first message from your work email, with a link to your company and to your LinkedIn profile. The email address should clearly belong to the company you work for. If you run your own business, your company’s website does the same job.

  • I am on P411, which many of my American guests already use. If you have an account, give me your P411 details when you write and that takes care of screening in one step. If you do not, there are other ways, and none of them are difficult.

  • For a small number of gentlemen whose position means no digital record is possible. It’s by arrangement only, and it’s screening in a different form, not an alternative to it: I meet a trusted representative of yours in person, and a non-disclosure agreement is available. If this applies to you, mention it when you first get in touch and I’ll let you know whether it can be arranged.

  • My email is held in an encrypted mailbox that only I can read. If you’d like our messages password-protected too, just ask.

03 / Booking

Booking

  • Introduce yourself, and take a moment over it. Tell me your name, your age, and the date you have in mind, with the time, the length and what you’d like the evening to be. I’ll reply, usually within the day. Late-night enquiries are answered the following morning.

  • Yes, a deposit secures every date. You’ll find how much, and what happens if plans change, in my etiquette and booking terms, alongside my rates.

  • Yes, and it’s the kind of arrangement I enjoy most. A regular gentleman and I get to know each other properly, and money doesn’t have to be discussed each time, which is most of the appeal. If it’s something you’d like, say so when you write and we’ll agree the rest privately.

  • The more notice the better, and planning ahead means you are less likely to be disappointed. Three hours is the least I can manage, and only if I am free.

04 / Meeting

Meeting

  • Every gentleman I meet was new to this once, and the ones who say so are usually the easiest evenings I have. Nothing here to guess at: you write, we agree a date, and the rest happens the way it would with anyone you were looking forward to meeting. If you’d like more before you write, I’ve written out the questions gentlemen ask me before booking.

  • On our first date, please bring the photo ID you screened with and the card you paid your deposit with, unless we’ve arranged otherwise. It’s simply so I know the gentleman I meet is the one I’ve been talking to. If either is missing, the date won’t go ahead.

  • Nothing you need to rehearse. A proper hello, a drink if there’s one going, and a few minutes to settle in. I’ll go and freshen up. While I’m gone, the envelope sits somewhere I’ll see it, so neither of us has to mention it. Then it’s two people and an evening ahead of them. That really is all there is to it.

  • A chilled glass of good champagne, to start. Tapas, Italian and anything with a bit of spice will always win me over, and there are no allergies to work around. One small thing: I’d rather my food came warm, so raw and cold dishes aren’t my first choice, even though some of my favourite restaurants are known for them. If you’re choosing, I’d start with my favourite restaurants in London and the bars I’d pick for a drink.

  • Never expected, always a pleasure. A gift is a gift, which is exactly why it’s lovely. If you’d like ideas, I’ve written about the gifts I’d happily be treated to.

  • Within reason, and it’s a conversation rather than a menu. There’s room for curiosity, teasing and a little power exchange inside an ordinary evening. Anything more structured has its own page. Tell me what interests you when you write and we’ll take it from there.

  • I don’t do video calls. My photographs and films answer that question.

  • No, never. The discretion I give my own face is the discretion I give you. Someone careless with her own privacy would be careless with yours. What does answer the question: my films, more than a year of my own writing in the Journal, and the real companions who appear alongside me. None of it needs my face.

  • Couples are very welcome. If you are booking as a couple, both of you are screened. Every couple is different, so get in touch and we’ll talk through what you have in mind.

  • I do. They’re real friends rather than a list, women I know and like, and each of them has agreed to be there. Each companion is her own business, so a duo is two bookings rather than one. The higher of our two rates applies to each of us, and I’ll confirm the full amount before the date is secured. If you have someone in mind yourself, you’re welcome to suggest her and I’ll take it from there. Read more about duo dates.

  • I offer incall, and most independents don’t. That means a hotel suite in Kensington, by prior appointment. There’s no hotel for you to book, nothing in your name and no hotel bill. I arrange the suite and you simply arrive. Otherwise I come to you, at your own hotel or home anywhere in the UK.

05 / Travel

Travel

  • Yes, and travelling is one of my favourite parts of this. Europe mostly, and further afield by arrangement. Rates depend on destination and travel time, and I’ll confirm the full amount before anything is booked. Read more about Fly Me To You.

  • Anywhere in the UK, yes. Further than an hour or two means a longer booking, and I’ll come by train or by air rather than spend half a day in a car. Travel and a hotel where one is needed sit on top of the booking.

  • As much as you can give me. A week or two is ideal for anywhere in Europe, and if you’re working to something shorter, ask anyway and I’ll tell you honestly whether it can be done.

  • I book my own travel and add it to the cost. The hotel is yours to arrange, since it’s your trip. Tell me where we’ll be and I’ll confirm. If I’m there longer than you’ve booked me, I’ll need my own room for the rest, and that’s added too.

  • Business or first. It isn’t about the seat, it’s about arriving fresh rather than spending the first evening recovering from the flight. It’s part of the travel cost.

  • Enjoy myself, and be ready when you are. I’m very good at my own company: a long breakfast, the spa, an afternoon somewhere I haven’t been before. Tell me roughly when you’ll be free and I’ll plan around it.

06 / Mistress

Mistress

  • Only if you ask for it. A girlfriend experience is exactly that, and nothing from the Mistress side arrives uninvited. If it’s what you’re after, say so when you write and we’ll talk about it properly. If it isn’t, you’ll never hear about it again.

  • I am a Dominant, and that is where I stay. Inside a girlfriend experience I will play lightly the other way, light restraint or a little impact, as roleplay rather than a role reversal, and agreed beforehand like everything else. I am not a switch and I do not offer submissive sessions.
