Event escort in London for your next occasion
Not every booking happens behind a closed door.
Beside you, whatever the occasion.
Sometimes what a gentleman needs is an event escort in London, company for the evening itself.
That might be a corporate dinner where you would rather not arrive alone, a party where the conversation matters, a wedding, an opening, or a night at the races. I rather enjoy those evenings. Getting properly dressed, walking into a room, and being the person you are glad to have beside you.
Which events can I bring you to?
I’m very happy at black-tie dinners, charity galas, business dinners and awards nights. I enjoy weddings, birthdays and private parties too, which tend to be warmer and a little less guarded. I’ll gladly go to a gallery opening, a night at the theatre or a day at the races. Daytime is as welcome as evening.
Each occasion has its own mood, and I dress and talk to suit it. I travel to you across London. Anywhere else in the UK is possible too, with travel and accommodation on top. If the occasion is abroad, that is Fly Me To You.
If it’s only the two of us over dinner or lunch, that is a dinner date, one of my experiences. An evening out like this is a girlfriend experience too, in public.
Properly dressed
Usually four hours or more
I would far rather arrive prepared than improvise.
From first message to the evening
How it is arranged.
In order
- Tell me the date and where.
- I’ll let you know straight away whether I’m free.
- I screen first bookings only, and I keep it discreet.
- Before the evening, tell me the dress code and who will be there.
I’m easy with people. Warm, interested in them, and perfectly capable of holding a conversation with your colleagues, your clients or your oldest friends without either of us having to think about it.
The evening is yours, so I’m not there to draw the room away from you. Discretion is not something I switch on for public bookings. It is simply how I work. I’ve written more about this in my Journal, on bringing a companion to a social event and on why corporate dates are among my favourites.
How will we be introduced?
I will take your lead on how we know each other, and I will never be the reason anyone asks a second question. Keep it simple. If anyone asks, “we met through friends” or “she’s my date for the evening” is usually all that’s needed.
What should I tell you before the evening?
Tell me a little before the evening. What the occasion is, whether you are hosting or a guest, what people will be wearing, who is likely to be there, and anything you would rather I knew in advance. I would far rather arrive prepared than improvise.
If there is a dress code, tell me that too, whether it is black tie or smart. I like getting it right, and I have rather a lot to choose from.
How long does an event booking last?
Most public bookings are four hours or more, which gives us time for drinks beforehand and for the evening to finish properly rather than being cut short. Many of them run on into the night. If you think you might want one, say so when we plan the evening. An overnight is its own booking and I would need to come prepared for it.
Then we walk in together.

Longer events are on my full rate card.
- Four hours is a typical booking rather than a fixed one. Daytime or evening, the length is settled when you tell me about the occasion.
- The more notice the better, and the more likely I am to be free.
Questions
Introduce yourself, and take a moment over it. Tell me your name, your age, and the date you have in mind, with the time, the length and what you’d like the evening to be. I’ll reply, usually within the day. Late-night enquiries are answered the following morning.
Yes, a deposit secures every date. You’ll find how much, and what happens if plans change, in my etiquette and booking terms, alongside my rates.
Yes, and it’s the kind of arrangement I enjoy most. A regular gentleman and I get to know each other properly, and money doesn’t have to be discussed each time, which is most of the appeal. If it’s something you’d like, say so when you write and we’ll agree the rest privately.
Yes, sometimes. A ticket comes up or a plus one drops out, and I have done events at a day or two’s notice. More time is always better, but ask anyway and I will tell you straight away whether I can.
